IMRAN KHAN HAVE A SIGH OF RELIEF FROM ISLAM ABAD HIGH COURT

"Why he had not gone to the trial court first when that was finally where he expected to go," added Value Aamer.

As a result, the legal advisor observed that he would present the decisions of the High Court in this manner.

Equity Hassan made the observation that the court had repeatedly requested that the central political race magistrate provide Khan with security.

At this point, Islamabad Promoter General Jahangir Jadoon maintained that the preliminary court had been moved from the F8 katchehri court to the legal complex.

e Farooq then, remarked what the specialist would do accepting the association gave careless clarifications. Khan was then granted interim bail by the court, and the director of the PTI left the high court.

PTI records request in IHC Prior, the PTI boss's legal counsel recorded a request in IHC for pre-capture bail in light of the various bodies of evidence filed against him in various government capital police headquarters. The petition asks the court to prevent the national government from arresting the PTI boss in those cases, claiming that they were brought in for political retaliation. Despite this, the request has been criticized by the court's recorder office for being incomplete and lacking the PTI boss' biometric information. In the meantime, the capital police took care of business after PTI activists disregarded Area 144 and kept a few PTI laborers remembering Imran Khan's picture taker for removed head's landing in IHC. The enlistment center office has asked, "How could a request at any point be documented in a high court before [it is filed] in a preliminary court?"
